iOS 13 Features

Better Performance

As we saw in iOS 12, iOs 13 introduces some significant performance improvements to improve the overall performance of the system. These improvements include Face ID feature – the Face ID feature unlocks up to 30 percent faster in iOS 13.

The apps in iOS 13 will launch twice as fast and are smaller. The apps are nearly 50 percent smaller in size. The small size of apps will make downloading faster and improve the performance of the device.

After these improvements, the apple has removed the limitation on downloading apps over cellular. Furthermore, now there’s an option to choose to download app of any size over LTE connection.

Dark Mode

Finally, the overdue Dark Mode is coming to iOS 13 and iPadOS.

The Dark Mode in iOS 13 will change the hues from bright white to light grey to back and dark grey on all supported apps. This feature, in particular, will prevent bright white hues shining in your face at night. Furthermore, it will also save battery life on OLED-equipped iPhones because OLED displays ” turn off” pixels when rendering blacks.

Apple says you can also turn on this feature at night through a schedule or customer time.

New Editing Tools

Apply has made some change in its photo editing interface by adding new sliders wheels that are easy to use. In addition, there is a feature that lets you tap each edit and see the comparison before and after editing. In this way, you’ll be able to understand the effect of each change you apply

And there are new editing tools for white balance, sharpness, definition, and for adding shadows to the edge of your image. There’s support for pinch to zoom to let you know how an edit impacts particular area of your photo.

 Tweaking In the visual Interface

The interface of an OS plays a vital role in its success. Apple is tweaking the visual interface for iOS 13 to enhance its usability. As a result, we will see smaller menus on the home screen. Also, there are new changes to the “long-press” commands.

Now instead of “long pressing” to switch into the app-deletion-and-arranging mode, you’ll see a menu with connectivity,battery-saving and a ‘rearrange apps’ options.

Siri’s Voice Sounds More Natural

With AI becoming ubiquitous, a new Siri voice is debuting with iOS 13. What makes it a big deal is its more natural sound than ever before Although the tone is same but it feels less like a robot and more like a human. The reason is it uses advanced neural text-to-speech technology – according to Apple. This results in enhanced performance of Siri because it can read incoming messages and pipe them through the buds.

Furthermore, in new Siri, your voice assistant on HomePod will understand the voices of the various family members in your home.
